THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM AROUND LONDON, BIRMINGHAM, MANCHESTER AND THE M6. WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING AM OR PM DELIVERY TIMES, BUT A "ANYTIME" DURING A GIVEN DAY. Terms and Conditions of sale.
You must agree that once the order to build an item has gone in, you will not be able to cancel the order, this term waives your right to cancel as we have costs as well. Also with large items there is a seven day "cooling off" period. In this case we will NOT start building the your item until this period is over as we have to pay for supplies and goods and we have rights too.
Products cannot be sold to minors. You are advised to check with your G.P. before using any of these products. Please read all of the terms and conditions.
You have the right to return the product if there is a fault with the goods ordered. We are not responsible for failire of the product due to misuse. Designs of products change all the time. Suppiers can withdrawl the product, if this is the case we will either offer you a refund or an alternative of the same value. Where water is used in conjunction with your play, we are not responsible for the goods going rusty or the coating flaking.
Deleivery is usually within 4 to 5 weeks of purchasing, however there may be some delay due to stock shortage. We we will advice you if there will be a delay. We are not responisble for strikes by The Royal Mail or Post Office. All products are sent in a plain wrapping by a courier brokerage where appropriate. If you want to have postage sent Special Delivery please call us for details. In the event of the product been lost in the post you will have to allow 21 days for us to investigate the matter, this is in line with The Royal Mail inverstigation service. We will pay for return postage if there is a fault. You will have to pay for postage if you change your mind, there is also a admin charge of £14.99.
Payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card. We no longer take cheques. Card payments by Streamline Card Handling Services or PayPal
Personal Infoirmation is not shared with any third party and all information is destroyed after order is complete.
